From Eco-Driven Beginnings to Supporting Real Estate Excellence
We founded Pure Environment in 2008 as an environmentally-conscious maintenance company. Initially we served small offices across New York City. As our reputation grew, so did our client base — expanding to include schools, religious institutions, healthcare facilities, showrooms, and factories.In those early years, we quickly learned the importance of adapting to our clients’ unique needs, from cleaning and scheduling to managing electrical, plumbing, and weather-related challenges. It was truly a "trial by fire" education that shaped the core of our operations.Over the years, Pure Environment earned the trust of countless prestigious organizations. Then came March 2020 — a month we’ll never forget. As New York shut down, Pure Environment stepped up. Donning hazmat suits and ventilators, we became first responders, serving schools and active construction sites striving to stay operational during an unprecedented time. Our team braved significant challenges to provide essential services when they were needed most.In 2021, we sold Pure Environment’s assets and client accounts; we seamlessly transitioned all of our employees to the new ownership. While the corporation became dormant, the expertise we developed over years of service remained intact.Fast Forward to the Present: We are Now Bringing Our Expertise to Real Estate
